The Art of Taking Up Space

The art of taking up space involves allowing yourself to shine brightly without minimizing yourself. There are times where we have experienced moments when we have shrunk ourselves because we feel like we did not measure up in a particular experience/interaction. This is encouragement for Righteous Karma listeners to take up space literally and figuratively, we are worth the effort of showing up for ourselves.
